Fujian Onan Textile Co., Ltd., has been engaged in the research and production of recycled cotton yarn since 2006. Located in Yacheng, Xiapu County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, the company enjoys convenient transportation, just 500 meters from the Yacheng exit of the Shenhai Expressway and very close to the seaport. Starting with the production of 5s mop yarn and glove yarn, the company has now expanded to produce 36s yarn for clothing and home textiles, capable of producing thousands of colors of CVC, T/C, and C/R recycled cotton yarn without dyeing. The company has introduced six state-of-the-art Rieter R37 air-jet spinning machines, eight Card C72 high-speed carding machines, and three RSB-D26 high-speed drawing frames, with a total daily output of 30 tons of cotton yarn. In order to better serve customers, the company has introduced a batch of advanced circular knitting machines this year, with a daily output of 20 tons of recycled cotton knitted fabric, which are exported to various parts of the world. The company processes scraps from garment factories into cotton through physical combing machines, mixes them with recycled polyester or viscose, and then spins them into yarn through carding and drawing machines before weaving them into fabric and finally making garments.
